This morning our application was unavailable for 17 minutes due to a network equipment issue at our hosting provider that caused a loss of connectivity to our infrastructure. Service was restored once the provider resolved the issue, and no data was affected. We’re continuing to work with them to understand the details and ensure the problem is fully addressed.
