On September 15 from about 00:09 to 00:13 CEST, app.getconnie.com was unreachable for roughly four minutes because of a brief network interruption at our hosting provider; service came back on its own, and no data was lost.

We're looking into reports that app.getconnie.com isn't loading or is timing out. We'll post an update as soon as we know more.
